Our Story
Terol Engineering was founded in 2021 by Chartered Civil Engineer Carlos Terol, with a vision to provide a more agile, innovative and technology-led approach to civil engineering and land development.In March 2025, Terol Engineering entered its next chapter when the business was acquired by Dan Sleater, owner and director of established engineering and design businesses GlobalCAD Consultants and CAD Network.
The acquisition brought together Terol’s civil engineering expertise with more than two decades of experience in engineering design, BIM, CAD and outsourced technical delivery. It also provided Terol with access to a broader international team, established systems and additional technical resources, creating a stronger platform for continued growth across the United States..
Since the acquisition, we have continued to invest in our people, technology and engineering capabilities while retaining the responsive, collaborative approach on which Terol was built.Today, Terol Engineering supports developers, architects, engineers and construction professionals across the United States, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions in land development, site design, grading, drainage and stormwater engineering.
Our ambition is simple: to combine experienced engineering judgement with modern technology and an efficient international delivery model to help our clients move projects forward.
